We travelled from 32nd to Espanola Way Miami as the reviews for this Gelato place looked good. 👍🏽 I said if I’m going to invest ($12) I want something that is worth it. I my opinion the flavours and portions size was good. We had the Reese flavour and Tiramisu flavour gelato. Both really lovely flavour. We had to eat it quickly because it’s been so hot! 🥵 I would recommend giving these guys a try!

Prolly one of the best experiences I had in Ice-Cream industry. In this case, Italian Gelatto. Fantastic texture, consistency and flavor. Best service ever provided by Romina. My friend and I came back from Freddo, not just for the ice cream being better but also the amazing service of hers! She guided us through all the flavors and gave a masterclass in order to elevate our experience from a simple one to the best ever. We will be back!

Ciao Amore in Miami completely surprised me. It sits in a very touristy stretch, so I went in cautiously, but the gelato is actually very good. Creamy, clean flavors, no artificial aftertaste, and well balanced sweetness. We sampled nearly every flavor and were about to walk away when Romina from the back came out and encouraged us to try a few more. That changed everything. Romina was incredibly accommodating and warm. She happily kept scooping samples, warmed up our almond croissant art cookie, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. Service like that stands out, especially in a high traffic area. We ended up doing three flavors, and my favorite combo was Biscoff, Reese’s, and Nocciola together. The nutty depth from the nocciola with the sweetness of Biscoff and the peanut butter chocolate from Reese’s was indulgent in the best way. Paired with the warmed pastry, it was honestly hard to stop eating. I loved it enough that I’m coming back with my kids and a few friends. This ice cream shop deserves every single one of these five stars! The shop itself is absolutely adorable—bright, cozy, and instantly puts you in a good mood the moment you walk in. The ice cream was delicious, rich, and perfectly creamy, making it hard to choose just one flavor. But what truly made this visit special was the amazing service. Alina was incredibly kind and welcoming. She patiently helped us with tastings, explained the flavors with genuine enthusiasm, and made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Her warmth and friendliness turned a simple ice cream stop into a truly happy moment. We walked out smiling, feeling lighthearted and genuinely happy. Great ice cream, a beautiful space, and exceptional service—can’t wait to come back!
